Support

Emergency 24/7 Support: eGate provides 24/7 Support services to our customers.  If you are within India please call +91 8971539927. Outside India, please send a message on WhatsApp number +91 8971539927 or an Email to travel@egatetravel.com.

Payments

When making a payment, please send a Wire Transfer through TransferWise - one of the top, secure online payment systems for overseas Wire Transfers.  We have provided a link to TransferWise on our Payments page.

 

Deposit

We are excited that you have chosen eGate to arrange your travel!  Before we can confirm any reservations, a Reservation Deposit that equals 20% of the agreed-upon Travel Estimate for Arrangement Services and/or Travel Services MUST be made.  If payment is not received by eGate on or before the Reservation Deposit Due Date, we will contact you to understand if you are still interested in traveling.  Before your travel date, a Travel Deposit equaling 80% of the agreed-upon Travel Estimate MUST be made.  Failure to remit the Travel Advance on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation.  Before the Travel Date, the price cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change.  After you travel date, eGate will send a Bill for Services. Final Payment MUST be made 24-hours prior to the end of the trip. Please contact us at travel@egatetravel.com before any of the payment due dates, if you are unable to make a payment.

Cancellations

All cancellations MUST be submitted by Email to eGate at travel@egatetravel.com. Upon making the booking, clients hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by eGate and the supplier.

  • Full refund if cancellation is received prior to making the Reservation Deposit.

  • A 50% refund will be given if cancellation request is received by the Travel Deposit date.

  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances.

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to eGate within 24 hours of check-in.

  • eGate will mediate when necessary, and has the final say.

  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by eGate.

 

Booking

Due to the wide range of travel experiences with eGate travel; the full terms and conditions may vary per trip and will be communicated upon receipt of the Reservation Deposit.
